Sweet & Spicy Salmon Fillets
This was a recipe from last months Healthy Cooking. It was really easy and supper yummy. There is a nice sweetness from the salsa and some heat for a kick. It was really good. We will do again. Worked really well on a weeknight.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup mango salsa
Directions
- Place salmon on a 15-in. x 10-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with garlic powder and cayenne. Spoon salsa over top.
- Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Yield: 4 servings.
